Mayor Andy Hafen Will Present Henderson State of the City Address

The city of Henderson and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce will host the 2014 Henderson State of the City Address at a luncheon on Wednesday at Green Valley Ranch Resort.

WHAT: Henderson Mayor Andy Hafen will deliver the annual State of the City Address. The event will also feature remarks by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board D.J. Allen.

WHO: Mayor Hafen, the Henderson City Council, and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will be present. State and local officials, as well as business and community leaders, are also scheduled to attend.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 5
o Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
o Program begins at noon
o Mayor Hafen’s address begins at 12:30 p.m. and will be streamed live on the cityofhenderson.com website

WHERE: Green Valley Ranch Resort, Grand Events Center, 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy.

NOTE:  Media will not be charged to attend. Lunch will not be provided unless a ticket is purchased for $45. On the day of the event, Kathleen Richards will be the on-site media contact at (702) 379-0278.
