Henderson Set To Host the 2014 U.S. Open Synchronized Swimming Championships

Henderson, Nev. The world’s finest synchronized swimmers will travel to the City of Henderson to take part in the 2014 U.S. Open Synchronized Swimming Championships, to be held July 16-19 at Heritage Park Aquatic Complex, 310 S. Racetrack Rd.

The nationally-sanctioned event features athletes competing for national titles in solo, duet, trio, team and combination routines in the junior (ages 15-18) and senior (ages 18+) divisions. This prestigious event was also held in Henderson in 2012.

Warm-up, practice and competition is expected to take place 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 16; 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 17; 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, July 18; and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 19. Spectators may purchase tickets at the door daily for $5 per person, which are valid all day. Tickets can also be reserved online in advance at The meet schedule is subject to change.
