Henderson Set To Host the 2014 U.S. Open Synchronized Swimming Championships

Henderson, Nev. – The world’s finest synchronized swimmers will travel to the City of Henderson to take part in the 2014 U.S. Open Synchronized Swimming Championships, to be held July 16-19 at Heritage Park Aquatic Complex, 310 S. Racetrack Rd.
The nationally-sanctioned event features athletes competing for national titles in solo, duet, trio, team and combination routines in the junior (ages 15-18) and senior (ages 18+) divisions. This prestigious event was also held in Henderson in 2012.
Warm-up, practice and competition is expected to take place 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 16; 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 17; 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, July 18; and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 19. Spectators may purchase tickets at the door daily for $5 per person, which are valid all day. Tickets can also be reserved online in advance at cityofhenderson.com. The meet schedule is subject to change.
