Henderson, Nev. – Henderson residents are invited to meet the people behind the badge and learn more about what officers are doing to help keep the community safe at the Henderson Police Department’s “Talk Shop with Cops.”
Henderson Police will host “Talk Shop with the Cops” on Wednesday, April 23, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy.
The meeting will focus on activities and issues in the West Area Command. Officers will give presentations on topics such as traffic, crime trends and neighborhood safety, followed by a question and answer period.
“We want the community to know what we are doing to make Henderson one of the safest cities in America,” Henderson Police Chief Patrick Moers said. “The meeting also gives residents a chance to voice concerns and share ideas on issues in their neighborhoods.”
