Bike Swap & Ride Rolls Into Henderson This Weekend
Bike expo features all new fun ride with route for beginners

WHAT: The city of Henderson hosts Bike Swap & Ride.
WHEN: Saturday, March 29
7 a.m. - Fun ride
9 a.m.-1 p.m. - Bike swap, vendor marketplace, bicycle repairs and demonstrations
WHERE: Cornerstone Park, 1600 Wigwam Pkwy.
WHY: The free event features a bike swap area, where the public can trade and sell gently used bicycles and bicycle parts; a vendor marketplace with new bikes, gear and equipment for sale; bicycle repairs and recycling; demonstrations; a bicycle safety course; and a free bike valet.
The event also features a new 20-mile fun ride sponsored by BikingLasVegas.com. Designed with the novice cyclist in mind, the scenic bike ride starts and ends at Cornerstone Park, and is approximately 20 miles or 90 minutes long. Cyclists may RSVP for the bike ride at
BikingLasVegas.com. All participants must sign a waiver before the ride, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
