Gastroenterology Center of Nevada Show Cause Hearing to be Removed from March 18 Henderson City Council Agenda

Henderson, Nev. – The Gastroenterology Center of Nevada, located at 2610 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, has voluntarily surrendered its current business license after it was suspended due to failure to allow business license inspectors on premises during regular business hours. The Gastroenterology Center will be allowed to apply for a new business license without the present licensee Dr. Dipak Desai being involved. Once the Center has new management in place, it has been stipulated that a new business license application can be submitted in the name of a physician who was not an owner or supervisor of the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada.
The Gastroenterology Center of Nevada will notify the city of Henderson when patient records will be made available. Once the City is notified, all patients that have contacted the City Attorney’s Office at 267-1200 and provided their contact information will be notified on how to obtain records from this location.
