Affordable housing programs are to provide and maintain safe, decent affordable housing for all residents of the City of Henderson through a variety of housing programs. To achieve these goals, the City has developed programs to assist eligible individuals and families with a variety of housing needs.
Programs with Qualifications Dependent on Income
(low/moderate income,
seniors, disabled):
- Emergency/Repair Grant
- Weatherization
- Interest-Free Deferred Payment Loans
- Low-Interest Loans
- First Time Home Buyer
- Home Enrichment Landscape Program
