Neighborhood Leadership
Toolkit (10 MB) provides guidance and structure for neighborhoods that are
interested in forming a neighborhood association (NHA). NHAs offer
many of the same benefits as HOAs but differ in that they are loosely formed and do not have CC&Rs.
By forming an NHA, neighbors can solve problems collectively, create a unified
neighborhood voice and streamline communication with the City of Henderson.
The toolkit also provides information on a wide variety of available services and programs for established neighborhoods and can be used as a reference guide.
If you would like additional information on the Neighborhood Association Toolkit or are interested in forming a Neighborhood Association, contact Heather Rosich, Neighborhood Programs Specialist, at (702) 267-2026 or heather.rosich@cityofhenderson.com.
