Ombudsman Seminars The Office of the Ombudsman kicked off its 2010 Outreach last week with Basics for Board Members, a concise summary of the expectations incumbent upon all Nevada HOA directors.  For those who were unable to enroll in last week’s session, you are invited to enroll in upcoming sessions on February 11th, March 20th, April 20th or May 21st in Las Vegas. While the class is geared toward board members, non-board members are welcome to enroll as well. Nevada’s Fight Fraud Taskforce is warning consumers to be cautious when giving.
