Program Advisory Committee
The Program Advisory Committee (PAC) is comprised of seven residents from the City of Henderson who are appointed by the Mayor and the City Council. The PAC formulates funding recommendations to the City Council for the award of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds after:

Reviewing applications
Obtaining public input
Complying with the objectives of the Consolidated Plan
