Low-Interest Loans
This program is for low to moderate income applicants residing within the Henderson city limits for at least one year prior to application.
Information and Requirements:

Reside within Henderson for at least 1 year.
Have less than $25,000 in assets.
Loan is a 3% simple interest loan.
City buys down the prevailing interest rate to the 3% interest rate.
Loan must be paid back.
Additional information:

Income must be at or below 80% of the annual median income.
