Homeowner Assistance Program
The program makes improvements to homes that are located in the downtown and eastside redevelopment areas. Loans and grants are available for exterior painting, landscaping, remodeling, code compliance, and structural repairs.
Information and Requirements:
- Home must be located within the Henderson downtown or eastside redevelopment area.
- Home must be principal residence of the homeowner.
- Legal homeowner must be the applicant.
