Home RehabilitationEmergency Repair Grant and Deferred Payment Loan Program
The grant will provide up to $2,500 for emergency repairs to an owner-occupied home or mobile home. Applicants must have owned their homes for a minimum of one year and not exceed maximum assets.

Low-Interest Loans
