Home Enrichment Landscape Program
This program helps create a beautiful, drought tolerant landscape in your front yard.
Information and requirements:

Maximum loan: $5,000.
Must own and live in the home where landscape is to be done.
Must be within the City of Henderson.
0% interest loan to be paid back when you are no longer living there.
Can be combined with the Southern Nevada Water Authority's program.
