| Required packet contents to be
submitted in this order: |
- A Qualifying Power of Attorney document for each company and
authorized agent per insurance company.
- Photocopy of payment receipt to District Court.
- Photocopy of Nevada License Certification from the Division of
Insurance.
- Photocopy of City of Henderson business license.
- Name of Bonding Co. with physical/mailing address, telephone
number and fax number

| Please present your completed packet to the Henderson Municipal
Court clerk's office at Window 1. The clerk will review your
packet for completeness and file stamp upon receipt. The Henderson
Detention Center posting list will be updated by the court clerk and
sent to the Henderson Detention Center by close of business. |
