Delivering on the Assurance of Optimized Service in a Customer-centered Environment

In the Service Center, success is defined by responding to the “voice of the customer” and providing an environment that emphasizes productivity, user-friendliness, and collaboration. This team provides support to over 3,000 full- and part-time employees, and our Helpdesk is the primary entry point for client service requests. A glimpse of Service Center support includes desktop and mobile computer configurations, troubleshooting of computer hardware and software problems, enterprise-wide application support, and training. Our mission is to epitomize quality customer care as a leader in the delivery of products and services that reduce costs, increase productivity, and offer positive end-user experiences.
