This expansive role entails a comprehensive review and analysis of the portfolio of products and services that Information Technology provides as well as the manner in which they are delivered. The mission of this team is to create simplified, repeatable processes, standards, and methodologies that enhance the value and performance of information systems and services to higher levels of customer satisfaction.
