The Architecture & Standards Board, comprised of leading technical IT minds, is responsible for City-wide technology planning and enterprise policy formulation. Incumbent in this role is the design and communication of a framework of standards to guide the department’s technology vision, future innovation and operational effectiveness. The Change Control Board (CCB), comprised of members of every IT division, evaluates, monitors, and communicates changes made to the production IT environment. Its mission is to prevent the occurrence of unpredictable or undesirable events that may result from changes.
