Self-Funded Employee Health Insurance Committee Meeting Agendas
The City of Henderson Self-Funded Health Insurance Committee ("the Committee") agenda is prepared prior to each meeting and lists all items to be discussed at the meeting. The Committee meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at 240 Water Street in the Westgate Conference Room. The purpose of the Committee is to administer the City of Henderson Self-Funded Health Insurance Plan ("the Plan") adopted by the City Council and made effective July 1, 1992. Committee members act as fiduciaries for the Plan and always work in the best interests of the beneficiaries (employees and their families) of the Plan. Agendas are posted at least three working days prior to the Committee meetings at the following locations:
- City Hall, 240 Water Street, 1st Floor Lobbies
- Multigenerational Center, 250 South Green Valley Parkway
- Whitney Ranch Recreational Center, 1575 Galleria Drive
- Fire Station No. 86,96 Via Antincendio
