SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE

This supplemental questionnaire must be completed and attached to the City of Henderson Employment Application.

Recreation Aide - $6.42/hour
Any combination of education and/or experience. Must be at least 16 years old.

Recreation Assistant - $7.49/hour
Experience related to job assignment. Must be at least 16 years old. Position may require an American Red Cross First Aid Certificate.

Senior Customer Service Assistant - $9.10/hour

Senior Recreation Assistant - $9.10/hour

Graduation from High School and one year of experience in recreation or related field. Position may require an American Red Cross First Aid Certificate.

Team Leader – Customer Service - $11.24/hour
Team Leader – Recreation Services - $11.24/hour

Graduation from High School plus some college coursework within field related to job assignment and three years of experience in recreation or related field. Position may require an American Red Cross First Aid Certificate.
