This supplemental questionnaire must be completed and attached to the City of Henderson Employment Application.

Lifeguard without WSI Certificate- $8.57/hour
Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and Automated External Defibrillator (A.E.D.) Certificates. Must be at least 16 years old.

Lifeguard with WSI Certificate - $9.64/hour
Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Automated External Defibrillator (A.E.D.), and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certificates. Must be at least 16 years old.

Availability

Please list time that you are available to work Monday through Sunday during the seasons listed.
