to help citizens explore and interact with electronic maps in answering questions concerning zoning,
land use, elections, public safety, economic development, transportation, etc. Much of the data is

The City's GIS program is centered in the Department of Information Technology with other GIS
resources distributed among several other Departments and Divisions including Community Development,
