Budget & Strategic Management
The Office of Budget and Strategic Management is responsible for long-term financial planning, budget development and management, performance improvement projects, and financial analysis for the City. The division works closely with senior management to facilitate the allocation of City resources in alignment with the strategic direction determined by the Citizens, Mayor, Council, and City Management. Fiscal integrity is maintained through the implementation of sound financial policies, fiscal stewardship, and compliance with recommended best practices.
