Business ParksHenderson features an attractive array of industrial and commercial locations to meet the needs of expanding and/or relocating businesses. Three industrial zoning designations are currently utilized in Henderson to provide a broad range of opportunities for light manufacturing, research and development, warehouse/distribution, and service uses: IP - Industrial Park District, IL - Limited Industrial District, and IG - General Industrial District.
