Parking is available adjacent to the facility. Shuttle services will be provided for large events only. - Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Henderson Pavilion. However, service animals helping people with disabilities are permitted. - Are there special services for people with disabilities?
The City of Henderson supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Advanced notice may be necessary to ensure that appropriate accommodations will be provided. For full telephone, use Relay Nevada by dialing 7-1-1. - Can I bring a cooler?
Coolers are not permitted. - Can I bring a chair?
Chairs can vary in size and shape. As a courtesy to our guests, the Henderson Pavilion low-back lawn chairs for rent. The rental fee is $1 per chair. - When can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Patrons can pick up their Will Call tickets during box office hours or up to intermission the day of the show. - Does my child need a ticket?
Children 2 and under are admitted free with a paid adult ticket. - Can I buy a backstage pass?
Unfortunately, backstage passes are not available for purchase. These passes are very limited and are provided for artist management. - Does the Henderson Pavilion have an ATM machine on site?
Sorry, we do not have one on site at this time. - What are the smoking policies?
The Henderson Pavilion is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. - Are there concessions available?
The Henderson Pavilion has a concession stand that offers a variety of food and beverages which include, but not limited to, hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, water and soda. - Is alcohol sold inside the venue?
Beer and wine are sold with a valid photo ID at most events. - How should I dress for an outdoor concert?
Informal attire and comfortable footwear is appropriate. You may want to dress according to the weather. The temperature under the tent is around 7-10 degrees cooler than surface temperatures. - How do I rent the Henderson Pavilion?
