Development Code Update
A draft
of
the
updated
Development Code (8.78 MB)
is ready for public review.
The Code has been revised to include improved descriptions of standards,
new mixed-use districts and new sustainability standards. For a
complete summary of the proposed changes, please view the
Memorandum.
The creation of a vision for the Boulder Highway Corridor will help define what the corridor will look like in the future, what types of activities will be present, and how it will relate to the larger community framework and the region.
