Electronic Application Submittal
Community Development is now accepting electronic submissions for the following applications during the testing phase: Administrative Adjustment (AAA), Temporary Use Permit (TUP) and Vehicle Travel Distance (VTD). Please view the instructions for the submittal process.
 

 

Nevada State College Campus Master plan
The City recently adopted the Nevada State College Campus Master Plan as a collaborative effort to develop a plan for the campus that is respectful of the surroundings and desert environment, and to ensure a vibrant and seamless interface between the school and the community. The plan establishes the layout of land uses for academic and student life facilities, designating approximately 150 acres for future development.

HUD Awards $3.5 Million
Community Development led a multi-agency effort to secure federal grant funds to create more sustainable and economically vibrant communities.
