Permanent Signs
Must comply with the city sign code and/or applicable approved Master Sign Plan
Are submitted to the DSC by a Nevada Licensed Sign Contractor
Only complete Sign Permit Applications are accepted - use Sign Permit Submittal Checklist
Permit is routed to Community Development and reviewed to sign code or applicable Master Sign Plan (up to 5 business days)
Contact is notified of any corrections, requests for additional information or comments
Permit is then routed to the Building Department and reviewed to building codes (up to 5 business days)
Contact is notified again of any new corrections, requests for additional information or comments
After permit reviews are complete and approved, the permit is issued

Track permit status at DSC Online - enter permit type (use chart below) & Permit KIVA number (i.e. T201100554)
