In addition to the standard driveway parking spaces provided in conjunction with any single-family residence, one additional off-street parking or storage space for one recreational vehicle or one passenger vehicle may be provided within any front yard or street side setback area provided any vehicle does not exceed eight feet in height or 25 feet in length. Such parking or storage space must be finished in concrete, asphalt, or a similar paved surface.
