The Public Improvement Trust (PIT) promotes development within the city limits
which is considered of benefit to the community, i.e. creates new jobs,
provides new or improved services, builds infrastructure to allow for major
development to occur, or provide affordable housing through the issuance of
tax-free bonds for projects meeting these criteria. The PIT meets as requested.

PIT agendas are posted at least three working days prior to Board
meetings at the following locations:
City Hall, 240 Water Street , 1st Floor Lobbies
Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Parkway
Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Drive
Fire Station No. 86, 96 Via Antincendio
Members of the public who are disabled or require special assistance or

in advance of the meeting.
