City Clerk
All Nevada residents are eligible to vote by mail ballot. The
request must be in writing and received by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday
before Election Day.

MAIL BALLOT REQUESTS The written
request may be in the form of the Clark County Election Department's
Mail/Absentee Ballot
request form or your own written request. The request must contain:

Name

Residential address
-
Mailing address (if applicable)

The election in which you want to vote by mail
Anyone may indicate "all" elections on the request and they will be
receive a mail ballot for any election held that calendar year.

DELIVERY TO VOTERS
Delivery of mail ballots BEGINS 20 days before Election Day for in-state
voters and 40 days before Election Day for out-of-state voters.
REMEMBER: EACH CALENDAR YEAR, A REQUEST IS
REQUIRED.
Each calendar year, you must submit a
written mail ballot request to vote by mail that year. Nevada does NOT
allow permanent mail ballot status. You will NOT automatically
receive a mail ballot unless you annually request one in writing. |
