Citizen volunteers are one of our City's most valuable assets. By participating on local boards and commissions, they make an important contribution to our future by providing input and making recommendations on various programs and issues. Please view the City of Henderson calendar for a listing of upcoming meeting dates and times.
The City of Henderson has established advisory boards and commissions comprised of volunteer citizens dedicated to shaping the future of Henderson. We invite you to consider the possibilities. In order to be considered for a board or commission appointment, an interest form must be completed and submitted to the City Clerk's Office. To complete this form, please print out the Board and Commission Interest Form and mail it to:
Office of the City Clerk
Henderson City Hall
240 Water Street, MSC114
Henderson, Nevada 89015
When there is a board or commission member vacancy, the City Clerk's Office will verify candidate information on interest forms for the specific position. After verification, all information will be forwarded to the Mayor and City Council for consideration and appointment at a City Council meeting.
