The purpose of this code is to provide for the administration and enforcement of the technical codes
adopted. It contains provisions which relate to site preparation, construction, alteration,
moving, repair and use and occupancies of buildings or structures and building service equipment,
including plumbing, electrical and mechanical regulations.
