The Henderson Alternative Sentencing Department's (HASD) Drug and Alcohol Random
Testing program (DART) monitors offenders who have been ordered by the Henderson
Municipal Court to be randomly tested for the detection of drug and/or alcohol
use as a condition of sentencing and/or bail.
Offenders that have been ordered into the DART program are required to report to
the HASD immediately upon sentencing and or release from custody for the initial
intake process. During this process the offender will be assigned a color and
number specific to their case as a personal identifier. The offender will be
given the DART line contact number 267-1267. The offender will be informed that
it is their responsibility to call the number EVERY EVENING after 8:00 p.m. They
are to listen to the recording for their assigned personal identifier. If their
identifier is called they will be required to report for testing on the
Offenders that will be leaving the jurisdiction for any amount of time are
required to contact their Case Specialist for approval of an alternate testing
procedure. The offender will be required to show proof of the travel out of
jurisdiction upon their return.
