TNT encourages self-confidence in teens and develops communication and leadership skills. Responsible teens ages 14 and 15 who are willing to make the commitment for an entire program session are placed based on skills, interests, availability, and location preference. All assignments provide training, the opportunity to work with children and the chance for teens to develop their leadership abilities. Carefully read and complete all areas of the application as incomplete submissions will not be processed. You need two letters of recommendation included with your application.
